Booking Confirmation and Cancellation and House Rules Policy
This booking is subject to acceptance by Veltro Vacations Ltd. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial payment. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date: No refund.
Guest Responsibilities:
- By signing this agreement, the guest(s) acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:
- Compliance with house rules, noise restrictions, and occupancy limits.
- Maintenance of the property and its contents in good condition.
- Reporting any damages, issues, or necessary repairs to Veltro Vacations Ltd. promptly.
Liability and Waiver:
Veltro Vacations Ltd. is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the guest’s stay. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.
House Rules and Prohibited Activities:
- No smoking is allowed inside the property.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Guests must keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for other residents or neighbors: Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Maximum occupancy is number of 14 guests.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property items beyond normal wear and tear and will be charged for repair or replacement.
- Any activities that may cause damage, disturbance, or inconvenience to neighboring properties or residents are strictly prohibited.
- Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to drug use or distribution, is strictly prohibited.
- Children on the premises must be always supervised by a responsible adult.
- The Guest is responsible for any damage or losses made to the Property or its contents during their stay.
Termination of Agreement:
Veltro Vacations Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this agreement and request the guest(s) to vacate the property immediately in case of non-compliance with house rules or engagement in illegal activities.
